Description

Simplify the process of dealing with print supports. They can be peeled away with ease. The primary nozzle focuses on printing the main component. Meanwhile, the secondary nozzle manages the support structures. This X2D system delegates intricate support tasks to a dedicated auxiliary nozzle, utilizing its distinct material. A simple tap and switch initiates the process. Departing from typical motor-driven setups, the X2D incorporates a unique gear-and-trigger mechanism directly within the tool head. A lever for nozzle changes activates the trigger arm, which then drives an internal gear train to complete the nozzle swap. This design introduces no additional weight, ensuring a clean and efficient swap. A lighter tool head contributes to reduced inertia and vibration. Consequently, even during high-speed operation, printed surfaces maintain their integrity throughout.
