The Falcon 2 Pro 40W is designed for small workshops requiring significant cutting capability, featuring a 40 W diode array, a folding safety shield, air assist, and monitoring for smoke and flame, making it suitable for plywood, acrylic, and coated metal. Its powerful module cuts thicker materials in fewer passes compared to the entry-level Falcon series, reducing production time for recurring tasks while maintaining the familiar app-driven workflow. A linear rail motion system ensures gantry rigidity during high acceleration, resulting in sharper edges on rapid engraving passes and reduced step skipping on extended production cycles. The folding shield lowers over the work area when in use and retracts to facilitate loading and unloading of larger sheet stock. Creality's FDS Studio software retains the batch-processing functions found throughout the Falcon product range.
