Description
The Neptune 4 Plus ships with Klipper. That supports print speeds up to 500 mm/s (default 250 mm/s) and acceleration up to 12,000 mm/s², plus input shaping and pressure advance. Acceleration sensors on X and Y are included for automatic calibration. The Klipper board uses an ARM 64-bit quad-core processor at 1.5G main frequency, and 8 GB ROM holds print files. The same speed and acceleration figures apply with that firmware: up to 500 mm/s, default 250 mm/s, acceleration up to 12,000 mm/s². Input shaping and pressure advance are there to limit artefacts, stray filament and blobbing.
