The Elegoo Saturn 4 Ultra elevates resin printing capabilities, featuring a generous 12K screen and an innovative tilt-release mechanism. This mechanism significantly reduces peel times by raising the build plate at an angle instead of vertically. An integrated COB light source ensures uniform resin curing across the entire build platform. For extended print runs, an AI camera monitors each layer, aiding in the early detection of potential print failures. This makes it suitable for producing large quantities of miniatures or individual, larger models. Its 12K monochrome LCD panel delivers a precise 19 × 24 micron pixel pitch across the full print area, maintaining consistent edge sharpness for both single large models and multiple small ones. The printer uses ChituBox for slicing, a familiar software for many resin printer users.
