Description

Formlabs BioMed Clear resin is engineered for the healthcare industry, delivering a hard, stable, and biocompatible material. It is suitable for creating parts intended for long-term contact with skin or mucous membranes. Production takes place in an ISO 13485-certified facility, and the resin is certified to USP Class VI. With support from an FDA Device Master File, medical device teams gain a validated route from initial design to final production. This resin also enables a 100-micron print resolution on compatible Formlabs Form 2 and Form 3B printers, and printed components tolerate conventional sterilization techniques.
