Description
The Phrozen Sonic Mega 8K S is a large MSLA resin printer with a 15-inch 8K mono LCD and a 330 × 185 × 300 mm build volume. Published figures are 43 μm XY resolution, 0.01–0.30 mm layer thickness and an average of 400 layers per hour. The light source is a 405 nm ParaLED Matrix 3.0, and the vat uses ACF film. A lift-up lid keeps the cover on the machine, and a metal hanger lets the plate drip after a print. The machine weighs 26 kg and measures 472 × 380 × 566 mm.
