Description

This industrial-grade machine, the Raise3D Pro2 Plus, incorporates an Independent Dual Extrusion System (IDEX). Each print head functions independently on its own gantry, avoiding synchronous movement. This approach effectively prevents material ooze and cross-contamination when using two distinct filaments. It further allows for genuine mirror and duplication printing modes, increasing production efficiency. A generous build volume of 305 × 305 × 605 mm is provided, notable for an FDM printer's vertical capacity. This dimension accommodates lengthy objects such as architectural models, specialized tooling, and custom fixtures. Such items would otherwise require sectional printing on smaller 3D fabrication devices. Its HEPA-filtered enclosure effectively retains both airborne particulates and harmful fumes, particularly beneficial during the printing of engineering plastics. A built-in touchscreen features a live internal camera, allowing operators to monitor ongoing tasks without needing to open the printing chamber. Features include automatic bed leveling and a robust, heavy-duty frame, designed for ongoing production workflows instead of intermittent desktop operation. A 600 W, 24V power supply maintains the temperature of both independent hotends and the HEPA-filtered environment throughout extended production cycles. The precise motion system achieves positioning accuracy down to 0.78 microns on the X/Y axes and 0.078 microns on the Z-axis. This level of resolution surpasses the physical deposition limits of any FDM nozzle, ensuring the IDEX gantries remain perfectly synchronized during both mirror and duplication print operations.
