Description
The Voltera V1 functions as a desktop system for PCB prototyping, distinct from a plastic 3D printer. Conductive silver ink is dispensed to print circuit traces directly onto a blank substrate. The unit then switches to a solder-paste head and a drill, enabling component placement and board finishing without external fab house involvement. Interchangeable nozzles of 0.10, 0.15, and 0.225 mm are provided, allowing a trade-off between trace precision and print speed. A heated bed, reaching 240 degrees, reflows solder paste after components are positioned. Its 128 x 116 mm working area and 7 kg chassis are suitable for engineers and hobbyists requiring same-day PCB iterations instead of large-scale manufacturing.
